Our team consists of creators, strategists, coaches, experienced managers, and brave non-conformist professionals who believe that people are always at the centre of any change. We believe that the way of doing things and the awareness of the purpose of it significantly affects the company’s goals.
VETTURELLI was founded in 2005 by Dijana and Viktor Vetturelli with development and implementation of communication strategies and projects as the key area of interest.
We are proud of our long-term cooperation with clients from various sectors: telecommunications, finance, energy, non-profit sector as well as of our proven track record of delivering successful projects in retail, FMCG, tourism etc.
Our work brought us numerous domestic and foreign professional acknowledgements and awards in the field of strategic communication (ESA Best of Europe, Grand PRix, SPORTO, AHK Innovation Award ...).
Dijana Vetturelli, strategy consultant
The chief strategist at VETTURELLI for projects, she works with clients to explore their current situation , helping them to expand their boundaries and set new standards. Her specialty is the creation of development strategies, and deals with the big challenges of conceiving and implementing sustainable projects. Prior to joining the company, she gained international managerial experience at Robert Bosch in Germany, Austria and Poland. She has guided the process of regionalisation, both for German speaking countries, and in countries of our region in the secondary phase, and became the first and youngest female Country Director (Automotive) at the global level. Viktor Vetturelli, culture and growth consultant
Viktor is dedicated to personal development, interpersonal relationships and interactions within organizations. In VETTURELLI, working with individuals, he develops and implements projects aimed at improving organizational culture and society in general. Born and raised in Germany, he is a former professional athlete with management experience in international companies. He has a Master’s Degree in Economics and is a certified Executive Coach. Through his work with numerous international organisations, he has developed and proven a creative approach to problem solving and an intimate familiarity with complex communication challenges.
